Ken Goforth

Ken Goforth is a native of Covington, Tennessee and a graduate of Union University, Jackson, Tennessee, and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He is married to the former Pam Agee of Nashville, Tennessee. They have one daughter, Amy Assad, who lives in Memphis, Tennessee, with her husband Mike, and their two sons, Ethan and Aaron.

Ken served from 1975 until 2014 as Minister of Music and, after retirement from full-time ministry, now serves the church as part-time Minister of Senior Adults and Administration. The Senior Adult ministry includes a monthly meeting or day trip and one-week long charter trip during the year. It also involves a grief ministry team and homebound/shut-in visitation.
